By booking an appointment with Kayida Fashion, you agree to these terms of service. Our services include custom clothing design, professional alterations, and expert repairs.

2. Custom Clothing Projects

Custom clothing projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit covers material costs and initial labor. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

Important: Custom clothing orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been purchased and work has commenced, except in cases of force majeure.

3. Alterations & Repairs

For alteration and repair services, we provide detailed quotes before beginning work. Once approved, the quoted price is guaranteed unless additional work is requested by the client.

Alterations and repairs cannot be cancelled once work has begun, as materials may have been cut or modified.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate measurements and requirements
  • Attend all scheduled fitting appointments
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Make payments according to agreed schedules

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

Custom Clothing Projects

Custom clothing projects can be cancelled within 48 hours of the initial consultation for a full refund of any deposit paid. After this period, deposits are non-refundable as materials are typically ordered and work scheduled.

Alterations & Repairs

Alteration and repair services can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not possible as materials may be cut or modified.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our alterations or repairs, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns at no additional cost.

For custom clothing projects, the remaining balance is due upon final fitting and before garment collection. For alterations and repairs, payment is due upon completion before collection.

Simple alterations (hemming, basic adjustments): 2-3 days. Complex alterations (restructuring, pattern work): 5-7 days. We'll provide a specific timeline when you bring in your garment.

Can you work with delicate fabrics?

Yes, we have extensive experience with delicate fabrics including silk, chiffon, lace, and leather. We use specialized techniques to ensure the integrity of your garments.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, rush services are available for an additional fee (typically 50% of service cost). Availability depends on our current workload.

What if I need additional alterations after pickup?

We offer free minor adjustments within 7 days of pickup for alterations. For custom clothing, we include one complimentary fitting adjustment within 30 days.

Do you provide fabric for custom projects?

Yes, we work with premium fabric suppliers and can source materials for you. You're also welcome to provide your own fabric.

How do I care for my custom clothing?

We provide detailed care instructions for each custom garment, including recommended cleaning methods and storage tips to maintain quality.
